Hall-Baker Breaks School Record In Long Jump At The Jim Green Invite

JACKSONVILLE, Ill.—It was another record-breaking day for the Fontbonne University track and field team at the Jim Green Invite.

KeYonn Hall-Baker set an indoor school record in the long jump leaping his way to a mark of 5.68 m (18' 7.75"). H also competed in the 400-meter dash timing out at 58.13 for 13^th place.

In the 400-meter dash on the women's side, Alexa Lofgren set a personal record with a time of 1:03.63 to finish in second place. 

Another top-five finish was had in the 55-meter dash with Madelyn Huffstetter ending with a time of 7.70 for third place. 

Jonathan Parker competed in the 200-meter dash and ran his way to a time of 24.92 for 17^th place. 

Dominic Mueller earned a couple personal records finishing in 10^th both in the mile (5:02.08) and the 3000-meter run (9:38.59). 

Jessica Ballard was the lone competitor for Fontbonne in both the shot put and weight throw. The freshman finished in 15^th in the weight throw with a mark of 8.61 m (28' 3"), while closing out in 22^nd in the shot put at 7.26 m (23' 10").

Tyree Simms led Fontbonnne in the shot put with a throw of 12.43 m (40' 9.5") for eighth place. Marc-Quan Daniels ended in 24^th at 10.02 m (32' 10.5"), while Mark Fisher ended up right behind him at 9.71 m (31' 10.25"). 

Spencer Parkinson hit a PR of 8.65 m (28' 4.5") and Tyler Green ended at 8.09 m (26' 6.5"). 

In the weight throw, Simms led with a 16^th place finish and a PR of 11.89 m (39' 0.25"). Green had a throw of 11.24 m (36' 10.5"), while Fisher best mark came at 11.14 m (36' 6.75"). 

Marc-Quan Daniels hit a PR of 9.30 m (30' 6.25"). Parkinson finished at 9.15 m (30' 0.25"), while Ian Cordell ended at 6.48 m (21' 3.25").
