Daniele Caruso Named SLIAC Defensive Player Of The Week

ST. LOUIS, Mo.— Fontbonne University women’s soccer player, Daniele Caruso, has been named St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Defensive Player of the Week.

ST. LOUIS, Mo.— Fontbonne University women's soccer player, Daniele Caruso, has been named St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Defensive Player of the Week.

Caruso, a St. Louis, Mo., native, led the Griffins to a 9-0 shutout win against Eureka with a goal and an assist.

In 10 game thus far, Caruso has already tied her career-high in goals (two) and set a new career-high in assists (six).

The Griffins return to action tomorrow night against Principia in search of its third straight win. Kick-off at 6 p.m.
