Anna Whitaker Named SLIAC Defensive Player Of The Week

ST. LOUIS, Mo.— The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) announced today that Fontbonne women's soccer player, Anna Whitaker, has been named Defensive Player of the Week.

Whitaker, an East Alton, Illinois, native, led the Griffins to a 2-0 record last week. She was part of a defensive line that held Greenville and Blackburn to a combined four shots, while against the Beavers, she broke out for three assists.
