WEBSTER GROVES, Mo. – The Fontbonne University men's basketball team fell short to Webster University, 76-63. The Griffins drop to 10-5 on the season and 5-3 in SLIAC play.
By the Numbers
16 – Charles Nelson led the Griffins with 16 points, going 6-for-12 from the field and 3-for-4 from the free-throw line.
11 – Brent Wagner and Jaylen Swinney each scored 11 points.
8 – Cheikh Thiam and Elijah Rice each scored eight points. Thiam also pulled down eight boards, being two rebounds shy from a double-double.
