Women's Volleyball Earns USMC / AVCA Team Academic Award
ST. LOUIS, Mo.—For the seventh time in program history, the Fontbonne University women’s volleyball earned the United States Marine Corps / AVCA Team Academic Award.
ST. LOUIS, Mo.—For the seventh time in program history, the Fontbonne University women's volleyball earned the United States Marine Corps / AVCA Team Academic Award.
The award, initiated in the 1992-93 academic year, honors volleyball teams that maintain a year-long grade-point average of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale or 4.1 on a 5.0 scale.
The Griffins ended the year with a 3.65 team grade point average and were joined by both Greenville and Webster University as the lone SLIAC teams to earn the AVCA Team Academic Award.
