Basketball vs. Iowa Wesleyan pushed to Monday, Jan. 16th

The SLIAC matchup is now on Martin Luther King Jr. day with the women at 1 p.m. followed by the men at 3 p.m.

St. Louis, Mo. - Due to upcoming weather implications, Fontbonne University Director of Athletics, Maria Buckel, has announced that the Griffins' home games against Iowa Wesleyan University will now be on Monday, January 16th with the women playing at 1 p.m. and the men at 3 p.m.

The game, originally scheduled for Saturday, January 14th, was pushed back for safety precautions. Weather reports indicate that ice is on it's way to St. Louis and along the route the Tigers would be travelling.

The game will be the first of three at home for the Griffins next week. Fontbonne will host Webster the following Wednesday and Westminster next Saturday.
