Amanda Spina
Bio

Amanda Spina is the Fontbonne University Griffins Girls head coach. Coach Spina currently serves as a dance instructor at various local dance studios. Prior to becoming a dance instructor, Coach Spina served as a St. Louis Ambush dancer (St. Louis Ambush Soccer Team), Steam Heat Dancer (St. Louis Steamers Soccer Team) and a Believer Fever dancer (Show-Me Believers Arena Football Team). She has also performed as a professional dancer at various events and venues around the St. Louis area including Harrah's Casino.

Coach Spina has received dance training from famed choreographers such as Mandy Moore, Teddy Forance, Nick Lazzarini, Doug Caldwell, Kim McSwain, Mike Minery, Bobby Newberry, Katy Spreadbury and Dee Caspary, as well as from various dance studios in Missouri, Illinois and Texas. She has received training in jazz, tap, ballet, poms, lyrical, contemporary and hip-hop. Coach Spina can be reached at aspina@fontbonne.edu or 314-889-1453.
